All cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled program to be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations within 30 days will receive a credit toward a future program in the current calendar year. Nonattendance or cancellation with less than a business day, AEST time, is subject to a 100% charge. Kao Australia Ltd. reserves the right to postpone or change any program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be notified.

LEADERSHIP RETREAT T&Cs

Bookings for the Kollective Leadership Retreat close on Friday 19th June 2026, unless this event is booked out earlier than this date.

Cancellation notice for the Kollective Leadership Retreat is also required by Friday 19th June 2026 or full charge will be applied. Kao will consider partial refunds for cancellations due to COVID regulations or other justifiable circumstances.

The Leadership Retreat is open to Salon Owners & Managers only.

Registrations must be made through the official registration portal.

All delegates (Salon Owners) must also be registered members of the Kao Salon Alliance Portal, as resources will be posted there.

I hereby release, indemnify, waive, discharge, absolve and hold harmless the Kao Australia Pty Ltd and Kao New Zealand Ltd from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in any Kao Salon ANZ Kollective event or trip.
